What is the delivery time period?

Orders within India are delivered within 7 - 10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping addresses .

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Within India, LazyChunks.com provides Free Shipping for Prepaid orders . There will be a shipping charge of Rs.30 on all  COD orders.

RETURN POLICY

1. Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery. 
2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. The product amount will be credited back , in form of Lazychunks COUPON.
4. Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable .
5. To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on support@lazychunks.com ,  with your Order ID mentioned.
6. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in Lazychunks account to place the order for the new product.
7. For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.100, reverse-pickups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Wrong Phone model Ordered, Incorrect size Ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.
8. Only the Purchased Amount will be refunded as a Discount coupon to the Customer.
9. Incase of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.

REFUND POLICY

You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/ damaged.

How long the refund procedure takes?

1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your LazyChunks account as store credits or Discounts coupons exclusively for you will be provided.

Where should I return my product?

You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges in case of manufacturing defects only. (You will be credited Rs.100 cashback. If courier costs more than Rs.100, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly)
